I’m acutely aware of how stress and anxiety can impact every area of our lives, triggering both short-term and long-term conditions that can be debilitating and frustrating. 


Often we're not aware of how stressed we are until we start experiencing severe symptoms that often need more interventions and treatment.


There comes a time when this isn't enough and we have to take action. There’s no better commitment that we can give ourselves than to make our own health the centre of our universe.

 

Often all it takes is to make some small but effective changes to our lifestyle. Making those lifestyle changes sooner rather than later could make all the difference to our long-term health and wellbeing.


With a background in lifestyle medicine and health, clinical & coaching psychology, I've learned  many effective strategies over the years to manage  stress, sleep, diet, habits, weight and so on.
