Listen into my latest podcast Interview!

Listen to my latest podcast interview with the lovely Stephanie LaHart at The Wild Party Podcast, on how, and why, I transitioned to a whole food plant based lifestyle, and how to make small shifts to achieve transformative sustainable results! !

Hi and welcome; it's great to have you here!

I’m acutely aware of how debilitating, frustrating, and often traumatic, having a chronic illness or disease can be. In 2019 we lost dad, and then mum in 2022, both suffering with chronic diseases. Their quality of life could have been enhance considerably if they received the right care and lifestyle management much sooner.

In addition, in 2020 after 4 years of suffering symptoms, I was diagnosed with a chronic autoimmune blistering disease and prescribed essential medical treatment alongside embarking on my own journey of discovery with a lifestyle change program to manage stress, inflammation.

There’s no better commitment that we can give ourselves than to make our own health the centre of our universe. Often the medical treatment we receive is very powerful, but isn’t always effective enough, or has negative side effects and we take more and more potions and lotions to battle through our endless recurring symptoms.

There comes a time when this isn't enough and we have to take things into our own hands. Despite being on systemic and often long-term treatment, we still need to make our own lifestyle changes to prevent and manage localised inflammatory responses around our body.

Making those lifestyle changes sooner rather than later could well prevent more damage and disease especially where it has the potential to create irreversible damage and destruction to our tissues & organs.

With a background as a lifestyle medicine practitioner and training in health, clinical & coaching psychology, I've learned so many effective strategies over the years to manage my own stress, sleep, diet, habits, weight and so on. I’m making it my mission to help you to be mentally and physically resilient for optimum health and well being and living a better quality of life.
