Â
Hi and welcome; I'm Karen, host of Stick To Your Diet! It's great to have you here!Â
Most people can make a new dietary change last a few days to a few weeks to, for example, shed a few pounds or in preparation for surgery. It typically starts off well once we've set our mind to it, but the common problem people have is that the initial motivation and good intentions quickly wane if the diet has to be prolonged and they reach a point where these are not enough to keep them going.Â
Perhaps, for example, you have a chronic disease and suffering with inflammation such as an autoimmune or cardiovascular disease, obesity, diabetes, or other organ disease, or have cancer or intolerances or allergies to food?
Maybe you're looking to lose weight, transition from an omnivorous or vegetarian diet to a plant strong or vegan whole food plant diet?
In cases like these you may have, or desire, change to your diet for good, rather than simply making a short term change.Â
Â
It's often said that behaviour change is easy. It isn't for most. But help is at hand!Â
Â
I'm well versed in supporting people to make dietary changes of all kinds and more importantly, I know what's needed to stick to a diet through to completion.

My step by step approach and guidance will provide all the support you need to help you to do it too!
There are practical things which need to be done, and my wisdom, extensive clinical experience and expertise, is derived from not only from having to make countless complex and arduous dietary changes with my own autoimmune disease over the years, but also from my deep understanding of the scientific evidence from studying health psychology and conducting hundreds of sessions with clients.
Supporting your journey and helping you to succeed is my mission. I want to see you thrive in your desires to achieve your dietary goals, no matter what type of changes you might be wanting to make!
