Trinidad scorpion 🌶️; they are so hot 🔥

I harvested a new batch of trinidad scorpion 🌶️ from our veg garden today; oh yes super 🔥. We use a variety of fresh chillies as we love hot amd spicy foods, but these and thai chillies favour our garden the most and grow very fast creating an ongoing and endless supply for us. We make a sauce from them to add to soups, curries, chillies or simply to add a couple of very tiny pieces to add to smashed avocado on toast! Each ones lasts for ages in the fridge!

They are said to have anti-inflammatory properties and reduce cholesterol, also help digestion and are great for raising our body heat and make us feel relaxed afterwards. 🤩
