She integrates a range of evidence-based psychological and behavioural approaches in her hypnotherapy sessions to enhance effectiveness in helping to resolve most life and health challenges.

Hypnotherapy sessions are conducted online via Zoom. These are tailored to suit individual needs so several sessions may be required depending on the nature of the issue you are experiencing, and the goals you are wanting to achieve. This will be discussed at the first session which can be booked using the link above.
