She integrates a range of evidence-based psychological and behavioural approaches in her hypnotherapy sessions to enhance effectiveness in resolving most life challenges. 

Her special interest is helping vegans to eliminate inflammatory symptoms associated with autoimmunity by managing stress, increasing exercise, improving sleep quality and nutrition, managing weight, and quitting smoking and alcohol.

Hypnotherapy sessions are conducted online via Zoom. These are tailored to suit individual needs so several sessions may be required depending on the nature of the issue you are experiencing, and the goals you are wanting to achieve.
