This is a a podcast where we share evidence based material and journey's from people with real life health experiences where perhaps things should be being consumed, or eliminated, because they could improve or enhance health and well-being.
The title, 'Harmful eating and How to Eliminate it', came about in the most unexpected of ways; a moment of inspiration whilst having breakfast one morning.
With a scream of ulcers in my oral cavity, I realised I had chosen the wrong breakfast. I continued anyway and found workarounds to minimise further harm.
The culprit, I figured, was a change in toothpaste containing sodium lauryl sulphate (SLS), which was immediately eliminated from my toothbrushing regime.
Although not the best breakfast experience, it inspired a new journey; to help me and others learn more about harmful things that we put into or do to our body, and how we can find ways to eliminate them or build resources to cope better with them!
